Comilona “Pop Up” was created with a different format & goal:

To carry out a number of dinners in Europe by Chefs & Sommeliers based in Europe only without any Food & Wine Masterclasses. This format will allow us to organise more events is different countries through the year.

German Carrizo & Carito Lourenço were the perfect hosts for this inaugural event a their unique Fierro restaurant in Valencia, Spain.

The guests chefs were Marcelo Di Giacomo, Diego Grimberg & Diego Jacquet together with German & Carito of course and Juli Carrique as our sommelier.
