COMILONA “POP UP”, ARKÖSUND, SWEDEN 2020
In a difficult year, full of challenges & obstacles, we believed that it was essential to carry out a new edition of COMILONA. It was a gigantic task but thanks to the continuous support of several Argentine wineries, our host and the determination of our team both in Europe and in Argentina we finally made it possible.
Chef Thomas Hallgren and the entire team from Arkösund Hotel welcomed chefs Carito Lourenço, Marcelo Di Giacomo, Diego Jacquet, German Carrizo, Chiho Kanzaki & Soledad Nardelli.
The wine service was in charge of Valeria Gamper, Best Argentine Sommelier 2019.
