For the first time in partnership with Park Hyatt, COMILONA was back in Asia for its 7th Festival. Federico Heinzmann as Executive Chef of the Park Hyatt Seoul was our host for a series of 2 unforgettable dinners, an exclusive Press reception lunch & a Food & Wine masterclass.
Our guest chefs were Marcelo Di Giacomo, Patricio Negro, Martin Baquero, Carito Lourenço, German Carrizo, Agustin Balbi & Diego Jacquet. Our Sommeliers were Valeria Mortara & Martin Bruno.
