London was our first official festival with several activities, such as an inaugural cocktail event for press & guests from the industry.

We have nights that showed not only a classic but a more contemporary approach to our COCINA ARGENTINA as well; also we held 2 Food & Wine classes for guest & general press.

Guest chefs were Valeria DI Giacomo, Gonzalo Aramburu, Victor Trochi, Martin Baquero, Soledad Nardelli, Diego Jacquet, Pablo Del Rio, Diego Cardozo & Sebastien Mazzola.

Our sommelier was Rodrigo Calderon and Maria De Michelis was our guest journalist from Argentina.
