
COMILONA NEW YORK 2017

In New York our host was Chef Fernando Navas at his iconic Balvanera restaurant for the 4th consecutive Comilona Festival.
We presented our first Food & Wine MasterClass at the International Culinary Centre for almost 100 Chef & Sommelier students.
In this edition guests chefs were: Patricio Negro, Julieta Caruso, Martin Molteni, Marcelo Di Giacomo, Soledad Nardelli, Martin Baquero, Diego Grimberg, Fernando Navas & Diego Jacquet.
Our sommelier was the talented Valeria Mortara & our guest journalist from Argentina was María de Michelis.
